Can i make items bigger on ground?

I am playing on private server the items are really small and there are lots of not usefull items that drop can i make the items i want to take bigger than others and how?

I'm not a client modder, so someone can correct me if I'm wrong... but I'm pretty sure you just make the icons for it in MapItemIcon bigger?

If you need to do this from the link below, as Spirited said, you can increase the icon in the Map Item Icon folder.
