Where did you get that source from?

My guess is that it's trying to phone home for some licensing or malware, but that domain no longer exists. Lol - can you upload it somewhere so people can look at what it's actually trying to contact?

I have no way of knowing what domain it's trying to contact from that error you showed me. The only way to know what's going on is if you or someone looks at the code and debugs it, or for someone to (possibly unobfuscate it) and reflect the assembly.
