[Request] for a 5165 private server guide

i want to make a server and i dont care if its a 5165 or 5095 if thats right but i need a working guide on one

Im afraid i dont see the point in you making a guide. There is hundreds on epvpers all saying the same thing. Im not flaming but please next time think a bit b4 u post something useless. Pretty much everything to do with 5165 has been posted on this forum unless there is something new like how to create an NPC that will move around TC dropping random items at certain times or a new map, these things havent been covered yet as far as i know.
