[Help] Accessory/Sound issue

First of all sorry if this is on the wrong section.

OK, my issue only happens to weapons that are on the right hand.
if you notice in the if I hit with the club you can hear the sound effect, and when I apply the accessory weapon the sound goes off.
This happens also with any linear skills, scatter, mining... if I have the accessory and miss there's no sound at all, if I hit the target the sound is OK.

If anyone could give me any hints on where to look, I'll appreciate.

Client site, Ini>WeaponEffect.ini that's where the sound effect of weapon stored.
