I agree with the 1 per user every x months. Most if not all developers who've launched a conquer server have been behind more than one - they have a lifespan that generally depends on how the server is structured in terms of rates, content, version, etc. so this should be taken into account as well.

Possibly in the event of someone posting a thread more often than it's allowed it should be given the owner a chance to justify why the new server is being released, etc.
I also believe that users who have been involved in those money-grab scam servers should be prevented from posting any future server ads.

I'd even go a bit further and say that users should be required to have a minimum of 25-50 posts (eg) before being allowed to post a server ad but I'm not sure if that's something people would accept.

I don't really hop on epvp that often anymore as many people know but I'd still like to help the section become a bit more trustworthy.

Thanks everyone for the feedback! The poll is considered closed at this point with 20 for, and 6 against.

I will try to enact the rule soon (although probably not in a matter of days, with the holidays coming up and all).
