Qonquer has a leveling server which has been online for like 3 years, almost without downtime.
They recently released a command server which is a test server for the latest client i beleive which will obviously not be expected to be online 24/7 because its a test server.
What he has linked too is the leveling server.

The qonquer source was custom written by the qonquer team and is not for sale, it is also not based upon any publically release source, and if you were to compare source code between qonquer and any other private server you would see no similaritys as the server was built completely seperate to the Private server community.

Atually I would rate the AcidCO which was written by Infamous alot higher than Qonquer. Qonquer has on average 200 - 250 users online at any time, AcidCO had much more than that. Qonquer also has the random lag spikes which have always been an issue, steve himself has said that due to the way Qonquer was written its extremely difficult to debug and track down certain issues. Just because Qonquer was first doesnt mean its the best.
