Then you must be using it wrong.
Here's what you do.
1.Go to the ini folder containing itemtype.dat.
2.Right click on an empty space and go to New>Text Document.
3.Name it whatever you want.
4.Now go to the decryptor I attached and o then browse for itemtype.dat as the Source File.
5.For the Destination, browse for that New Text Document you just made.
6.Click do it then go to that text document and it will have worked.
