Im just looking through the packets on the wiki, the majority of the packets have either not changed since 4267, or already have 5017 packets.

Not really, would just be nice to have a full list.

Well, the wiki is currently layed out so that if the 4267 packet still works up untill say 5165, i wont add the packets inbetween those 2 versions. I am considering changing this so that all versions have their own layout, but at this time there isnt a massive need for it.

Your missing 0x466 (1126) for newer patches. It's the "Do you want to join GuildWar?" Packet I believe. As for the Compose Packet(Around 5119):
