This happens in every forum.
That's why forums have moderators, to filter out these flames and spams.
Eventually, since they just keep getting deleted and banned, they will give up.

Need evidence, to me, they don't give up, just keep posting in their topic 50x times, when they don't get a reply, they make another one, and the cycle continues, it's redundant, stop begging the question.
