[HELP] im making Pserver got problems.

im following[Easy Guide] Make Private Server Using TQ binarys ! made by lol-lol. i followed the steps except i didnt put it the right place instead of putting files on D: i put it on C: because i use vps. and the problem is, when i start the Start.bat file.. it shows the NPC and ACC server and it says Connect to the account server again.. what is the problem??
please help.
