i mean
Attacking mobs, Spots, Spot Respawn, Job Center fixed, (i can handle it with drops a little bit), and all Co working **** ...
if anyone can help me with this ... ill really thx

i had read all the thread of releases and guides, and i didnt understood a **** ...

Don't expect that, get a source and read all topics about coding, before that, try to learn some C# basics, and then, if you really wanna set up a P-server, build it by your own.
Nothing wrong with practising on a current source. Hell, if the person learns enough, they can probably work out some of the issues to make it run better. Even leeching isn't so bad depending on the person I guess. If they take the time to try and understand what they are leeching, it could help them build something else with similar functionality, simply from using some common sense.

I've got the source and i'm trying to learn the language and the project structure to fix things by myself, i read all the posts about code that i think it has a major priority to stability issues and even when i get the whole code to fix I READ IT to figure it out things.
Most people here haven't even read what's already in the source...

You'll get no where leaching, your best bet is to learn C# and continue from there.
Again, being a leacher and calling someone else a leacher is hypocritical.
Definition of a hypocrite-
1 : a person who puts on a false appearance of virtue or religion
2 : a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings
If you don't have a clue about programming then just quit. You won't get anywhere without that knowledge if you suppose to run a private server. And as I stated before, people won't fix your source for you, at least not for free. So if you don't wanna spend some bucks for people do the hard work for you, LEARN C#.
