It wouldn't be too hard to make one for an ini source either, these things just take time to make..

oh im not knocking it for being lotf O_o, i was just wondering lol.

by all means keep at it xD, and true it wouldnt be hard, should only need to call up the class and defined ints right? (yes tao, i've been reading C#)

other than that, the 80% is a good thing, ^^ .ini means im different then... i strive to be different.

Cant wait till the final version is complete, I would love to give a shot to convert it to a .ini style =)

According to Infamous, MySQL is faster than INIs because he knows how to properly make use of them.

Yea i know but people fail to realize my server / game isnt ment to be a mass public thing like Qonquer... theres a small group i work with and we started developing online games for the fun of it and for practice so that once we graduate, we'll have a better understanding of the concepts to grasp during college.

We moved to Conquer Private servers just to upgrade our graphics and the range of programming. Although the range of the programming was honestly to big of a gap for us, we still took it on and plan to continue programming with it... only cause we like to and want to ^^

and as infamous also stated, he can make .ini's work just as speedy as mysql because hes a genius. =3

Why use INIs when you know they'll slow your server down?

Do what you want, I'm just reiterating the fact that Infamous knows how to handle INI files beyond anyone in the Conquer private server community - that allows him to use them without memory problems.

They didnt slow mine down 0.o, i hate mysql anyway thats the main reason i converted to flat files xD

well me personally in my situation(age, money, free time, ect.) its personally easier on me, and again with the fact me personally, am not trying to make one huge massive server for everyone like qonquer and acid and ect, dosnt bother me ^^

im just using this for practice and might aswell let others have fun with it, and also benefit from it. Thats kinda how I am, if i could 1.) set up a mysql server easily, with out that much hassek, and 2.) code as good as to fix all problems with lotf, then i might use it.

but again, with my computer status and annoyance lol, its easier to stick with inis... again for me personally =3

and again we honestly do love you xD

INIs/XMLs are OK but rather learn how to handle MySQL correctly, or use a source that handles it correctly. Again, that`s just my opinion, and it doesn`t fit everyone

learning isnt the "issue" its the status at my house that limits me... lol thought i made that clear in mah previous post, but non the less common mistake =3

My only request is that you add a config.ini that allows a user to configure the tables and field names for any other server configuration because the SQL schema isn't standardized for CO servers yet.

Other than that, great job!

hey ^^ also ich habe nen ts server admin tool und zwar den:Teamspeak.Toolz.Elitepvpers so da sind ja auch andere bei .. gehen die alle nur mit dieser bestimmten version von ts also 2.0 .0.... ? und was muss man da bei den komischen ports eingeben also http port und tcp port woher bekomme ich die eig? xD oder was sind das für welche sind die immer gleich? bzw ich glaube ich muss server admin dafür sein aber wie kann ich server admin werden wenn ich nich mal mich als server admin machen...
