Screen disstance
How much should the distance be before a clients does not spawn to each other?

Any entity with a difference of > 18 in either x or y coordinate from the player's current coordinate shouldn't be spawned.

It's 18 on the official servers. You can use a higher number if you want, but meh.

yeah i know, but doesnt spawning the things at 18 whatever gets effected when u shift screen?
i mean like when you shift screen doesn't that cover more than 18 block?

If you were trying to mimic the official servers, you would perform tests and discover that it is truly 18 cells.

Its ******* 18 for the *** **** sake. Shift screen covers 20.
