You need to finish structuring a few packets. Off the top of my head I'm thinking it's the show equipment 1009 packet which isn't having accessories added.
You'll have to do a bit of testing to find which offsets you should be placing them at. A simple command should find you that answer within about 5 minutes of testing :P
