Getting the bultaros accessory is same as getting a card from a monster in Ragnarok. In short, it's rare.

lol... it's by chance.. me,, i got completed all the PMW but the bultaros accesory,, wew.. not a chance... maybe only a few players got bultaros accessories and they are ....> the GM's.. lol

Bultaros Accessory:
Stats: Attack:23 / Defense:30 / Vitality:17, equip at Level 54
This is found in Mana Valley that is really rare and hard to get... harder to get than PMW's and SD Vanessa Heads, although I don't know the exact percentage of it's drop rate...
Sa pagkakaalam ko, si GM Mac pa lng ung nakita ko na meron nyan, meron na bang iba?

yeah same chance as getting a boss card in Ragnarok to be precise, but I think lower XD than getting a boss card
