It was a big mistake that you claimed NewestCOServer that I updated for you as your own source made from scratch.
No, TQ Quests (most of them) Don't use packets.
The '?' you see is in npc.ini as far as I know.

lol what's your ******* problem? That **** you updated for me, I threw that in the trash can. AS I SAID, I coded my own source, TWICE. Because that source code you saw was from my first source, now I'm working on another one.

Goodluck ******* *******.

Yes, TQ Quests do use packets.
@OP
Essentially, quests are client sided.
When a player logs in, the server sends 2 large packets, signifying which quests the player has accepted, has completed, or are available.
The client then spawns certain NPCs with the ! or ? above them based on the packets the server sends.
Good luck

1134 is the client request/confirmation. Not sure what 1135 is.
In my new source I'm starting to work on handling the quest packets but so far I'm just dealing with the 1134 ones the client sends right after login. Not encountered 1135 yet but it could be that's a response the server sends.

Yeah 1134 is the confirmation.
1135 I has labeled as Quest Info, but I'm not 100% sure on what it does, I'm still working on my quest system.

Yes, 1135 is the quest window. 1134 must be the actual information you reply with.

O really? May I see the source via TeamViewer now? Cuz as far as I can see you changed a few variables and claiming you coded your own source. What guy can code a whole source with all the features for less than a week?
You couldn't update NewestCOServer few days ago, and now you coded your own source? wonderful! I haven't seen anybody learning so fast. You just found a way to get your reputation up, and actually you are a *******.

Yes you can see my source on teamviewer. Not now though, because I'm not at home. Who said I have all the features? I coded it from scratch, as I said a bunch of times, therefore, I can only walk, run see NPCS and I'm working in the spawn system, using a packet builder I created myself. (You couldn't update NewestCOServer few days ago, and now you coded your own source?) I knew lots of things,I wasn't the noob you thought I was..., but updating a source was a mistery for me..after seeing Pro4Never's guide showing how to make a source, I was enlightened. Don't blame me because you can't code a source from scratch, which is,actually, a pretty simple task. (You just found a way to get your reputation up, and actually you are a *******.) Reputation? I don't need to proof anyone anything. And even if I did, I wouldn't lie. I just don't care about other people, basically.("You're a *******")Besides, present me more arguments before start swearing. I'll show you my source later, as I said. You may find me on MSN today.

-Alle bringen def bzw angriff(de like)

Moin moin miteinander,

Hero of Tatooine Quests (Hermit Quests)
10/22/2004 - General Gaming Discussion - 0 Replies
Was sind die Hero of Tatooine Quests?
