There's an entire release section of private server downloads and guides on how to use them/fix them up.
I'd suggest figuring out what level your programming knowledge is and basing your decision of what source to use on that (patches are easy enough to change LATER, first learn coding and I'd suggest staying away from the lazy sources... IE: use hybrids or something ahaha)
