Pickaxe 101

Hello everyone, most already think I'm a noob, but I don't really care. I'd get bashed for this, but I tested this, and tested this, and I finally found the best ways to get gems with the pickaxe!

This guide will explain why and how you should socket/+ your pickaxe...

What you will need:

1 Super Kylin Gem
1 Super Fury Gem
1 Pickaxe
Some +1 2h weapons

Okays, now we will get to work!

First off, you can use a pickaxe or a hoe.

Which one?
I'd rather use a pickaxe, but you can use a hoe, call it your bitch

Now +1 it.

Why +1?

I tested with 2 miners one time, I used a +1 pickaxe, and a normal pickaxe, the +1 got me 2 supers and 5 refs! The normal got me some damn normal gems and one ref, shit the normal one!

My main pickaxe is a +3, if you want to take the time and silvers to +3 a pickaxe, you will have one hell of a niceone!

Next you put 2 sockets in the pickaxe

Why the sockets?

Um.... that's a dumb question... how will you put the gems in it without a socket?
really though, you will 2 dbs for it, but trust me, the pickaxe will eventually pay for itself

If you can't put 2 sockets in it, just put one.

Next you put the Super Kylin Gem and the Super Fury Gem in the axe. You could have 2 Super Fury Gems, the Kylin gem is for dura, if the pickaxe has more dura it will give ya more stuff

If you can only put one socket in, then just put the fury gem in it. Okays??? GOOD!

Now you need to level up your pickaxe, that's the last thing. You know how to level up the proficiency of something right? Good, do it.

Level your pickaxe to level 15 or something idk.... you may want to make another picaxe with super violet gems in it

Now start mining, mine for a day or so, see what ya come up with.

Look...

If you mine and you get gems, You are doing exactly what the game intended.

You mine You get gems, There is no method there is no right way there is no wrong way, If you mine you get gems simple.

You mine with a Super +9 2 sdg pick axe you get gems.
You mine with a normal pickaxe you get gems.

I just saved you tons of money.

nice EXPENSIVE guide..will try to test... have to lvl my pickaxe skill...anyone know what lvl it gets fixed? If I get something good +k for you buddy.

is there any proof tat at lvl 40 in the pheonix castle's mine u can get more gems??
and how bout wats the percentage to get gems now a days...
since i heard tat u get less gems..
and i havent got any gems for a week of minning

it is stupid to those things to ur pickaxe
before the new patch and before 2nd RB
i got a whole bunch of good gems,,
with normal gems...
then lucky time came
and i heard the minning gems percentage became low and now u hunt gems,, lolz
it is stupid
so i want to hear ur opinions...
upgrading ur pickaxe and making it look all fancy really helps?
how bout lucky time

fixed is lvl 20 but... u wouldnt make that

This will not increase your chance of getting gems
I couldn?t be ****** right now to explain why but to get you started putting a super kylin gem into a pick axe if ******* pointless because you don?t loose dura while mining.

i know that mining with a better pike axe prof gives higher lv ores and maybe a normal gem more(or is it ur chars lv???) . I had my lv 90 mining(5 prof) and my lv 40(1 prof) tao and i let it everynight (when cotobo was working) and i alwais gotten more from archer. When i noticed i was getting more stuff i lved my tao's prof to 4(and to lv 50) and i really got beter ores and more (few) gems. Maybe it is becaus of the chars lv caus archer still got better stuff.

It might work but i dont think it will worth the money.

lol i dont know about that ..but for me ..i get usualy alot of gems in lab 2 ... that what i found today and yesterday
for the axe .. its too much to put super gems in it , also to socket it ..woow that's alot for sure

You can have a water factory for dbs, then use all the rb waters, get them back to 70, and stick them in the DC mine(or the AC mine if you want gold)

I gotz rate 10 gold ore in AC mine yesterday PWN!
