A cheap way to soc your talismans [Time consuming]

This is probably the simplest way I came up with for putting socs in your talismans if you don't have the cash to expend on a large quantity of supers. It isn't particularly an exploit, hence the reason I'm posting it in the guides section. While this is an easy method for racking up points, it is relatively time consuming; consequently, it's probably also the fastest method to gain your sockets for free. On to the guide though.

What you need:
1. A character below lvl 15
2. A character above lvl 16 (the main which you will be creating the socket on will work
3. An empty inventory (with exception of 2 spaces)
4. 1 Twin City Scroll
5. 1 Phoenix Castle Scroll

How it works:
The general gist of it is that you are going to be doing the coach li quest repeatedly. If you know which quest that is, you may see the logic behind using this one.
The quest is simple. It consists of dialogues with 2 NPCs, one of which asks you a question which you must answer for your reward (the questions are easy and there are only 4 total that are possible.)
You need the lower level character to receive the reference letter to start the quest, and the higher level character to collect it and compose it into the talisman.
The reward for the quest is a random refined weapon (each worth 5 composition points). In total, if you have an empty inventory except for your 2 scrolls, one trip is a gain of 190 points towards a socket. So you can essentially 2 soc a talisman in just less than 150 trips. Each trip takes about 10 minutes, so in all you are looking at 24 hours of redundant clicking and 300 scrolls (30k)

Walkthrough:
I'm windy - yes - but this is the last section of the post.

1. Take both of your characters to CoachLi in Twin City (north and east of guild conductress)
2. On the lower level character, talk to CoachLi and click through his 3 dialogues; you should now of a reference letter
Note: It will only allow you to take one letter at a time, but as long as it isn't in your inventory you can get another immediately
3. Drop the letter and pick it up with your higher level character (or trade it, but this takes even longer)
4. Repeat until the higher level character's inventory is full (I find it easier to collect and drop them in sets of 6 - any more and they start to disappear as time passes - and then jump aside and pick them up with the other character)
5. On the higher level character, scroll to Phoenix Castle and talk to CoachLin - select the first response given ("okay, let's go" i think)
6. Answer the question (there are 3 answers - even though there are 4 different questions - whichever you get, the answer is either "level 40" "20" or "boxer"
7. Repeat until the letters are used up
8. Spam the hell out of your talisman with the refined weapons that you've collected
9. Return to step 1

umm its kind of a good guide (For none db buyers) but cant u do the quest only ones a day? O.O

No O.O. The quest can be done as many times as you want as long as you have a character below level 15.

Lol, yeah it would rule, but unfortunally its imposible, I think :s anyone think its posible.

I think even if a bot for it were possible it would be too obvious and TQ would release a patch not allowing the letters to be dropped anymore. Try to be stealthy about it, it's worth the effort.

Just a simple bot to batch answer the questions would be asome.
I made myself a macro that automatically compose the items and socked my tower in 3 days, 2 hours a day.

Now im selling my tower for 20 db, thats 14 db profit in 6 hours of playing XD

You could work around it, even if they made the letters non-tradeable items. In that instance it just involves a little more money, usage of noob storage space, and a bit of plvling ;p. The only thing that would screw it over is if they made the refined items "free".

It would be possible to make a click based bot, but it would depend entirely on there being nobody in the way of a click as that would throw it off.
