haiz ... the only lucky upgrade of quality is ref to uni.

have repaired my elite gear multiple time and none of it succeed in upgrading of quality..

normal to ref (0 dura) is like 20 pct to succeed
ref to uni (0 dura) is like 5 pct to succeed
uni to eli (0 dura) like 1 pct to succeed
eli to super (0 dura) less than 0.1 pct to succeed

Same to me,uniq ring lvl 80+3 got upgraded to Market guy! and boom got 1 socket,had 8k kills and lucky time

And
Elite boots lvl 110 ,1 socket got them repaired in Pharmacist in Market and got super
too got lucky time

i was upgrading refined 2 soc backsword
and it is uniqe 2 soc with out dura 0

This barely ever works, I've done it twice changing an item from normal to refined. It is a waste of time if you are trying to do this on purpose. The dura doesn't have to be 0 btw.
