OK here is scam i like its takes hard in bagining.
Big players lvl 100 thet have no house want it badly thet they may buy it for 20kk but i do a little different.
Make house permit(hard purt)
With noob go to market and spam HOUSE PERMIT AUCTION.
Then make them join team.
Say rules thet if they dont have money or cant oay more then other ppl pay they have to leave.
Make starting price 10kk.
Trust me they will get more.
Make the limit of 100k (not less)eraising price for example not 20kk and 1 coin.20.1kk.
See wat i mean.
Befor start show avryone permit.
After you get best offer just quckly trade pk ticket(they look same.lol.)If person dont felll for it quickly talk to 2ed highest offer pursen and quckly try to scam on him befor first person didn tell to avryone SCAMMER!
Trade permit and money to main and delete noob create another reapit just this time made somethink up not like auctin.

Okay guys, I decided to give you my scam. I've made so much money from this it's sick. It's very complicated, but if you pull this off, you are a god among men and are almost untouchable for it. Unfortunately, I lost the original files I created as I had to replace my harddrive recently, but this will give you an idea of how it's done. First off, what you will need:

A free email account not associated with your main character.
Photoshop with the .dds plug-in
Any one of the itemtype.dat editors
Multi-Client. a high level troj/tao, a 70+ water tao, and a decent looking noob.
A little time and patience, and a brain.
(1) Exp ball
(1) wind scroll to your favorite secluded area. I like the one in DC.

First, open the .dds file with the inventory pic of scrolls. Find the inventory pic for EXP balls, copy and paste. I can't remember which one it is, I created this a while ago, so bare with me.

Next, edit the description on you windscroll in the itemtype.dat, to match the description of an EXP ball.

Now, take some larger pic on your computer, and go in through command prompt to change the name of it to "COBusinessSuit.dds". Or if you are a real ass like me, create a wordpad document, write in it every insult partaining to noobs and idiots that you can, copy and paste all of that till you have a large file, then go in and rename that file to "COBusinessSuit.dds"

Write a read me file, explaining exactly how and where to put your deviously changed files. People tend to think something is legit if it has a readme file. Include fake version histories to add to the reality of it. RAR or ZIP it all up, you now have your trojan horse.

Take a look around market, try to find someone who is selling some really nice shit on their main character. Most of the time, these guys are easy to find go for a higher level person, but not 120+. Whisper them to see if they are afk. If not, you just found your victim.

This is what I whispered them with and it works 90% of the time.
"Hey man, I created a new mod for CO that takes your armor and changes it into a business suit."
"It looks really cool, I think you would like it."
"The only thing is, I have been having problems getting it to work with (insert victim class here) armors."
"But I think I have that poblem fixed. Can I ask for your assistance please? You are the only High level (whatever) that answers me."
"I'll make it worth your while. I'll give you an EXP ball just to try it, and I'll even save your market spot for you." (at this point trade them, show them the real exp ball, hit close).

Now you should get their email or MSN, and send the RAR/ZIP file to them via those channels. Once that's done, get them to install it, and restart conquer. Tell them it's neccessary to get the mod to work.

As soon as he does this, and says it doesn't work, which of course it doesn't, act disappointed, get him to come back to market and take his spot back over. Then trade him the wind scroll, have your troj/tao and water ready at the spot.

Now, there are three things that could happen at this point.

A: he will put the windscroll up for sale for the value of an EXP ball.
B: Absoluely nothing, which usually means he has another High level character he uses exp balls for.
or
C: They will do exactly what you want them to do, which is to use the EXP ball immediately. get teleported to the desert where your troj/tao is waiting to rev kill them with all their lovely sell items in their inventory. If you are lucky, you can get off 2-3 kills before a smart guy says wth and disconnects.

The best part about this scheme is: to turn you in for it, they have to admit to the fact that they modded conquer. I have never even been warned for using this, and I use my main characters to handle the rev/kills. Oh well. enjoy.

Sorry about the incomplete post. I fell asleep in the middle of writing this, and somehow hit submit. It's finished now. As far as editing the itemtype.dat, there are several editors and guides on the forums. As well as links to getting the .dds plug-in for Photoshop. I'm not going to do all the work for you, though. Anyway, make sure and +k me if you use this. I don't post here often, but I try to make it worth it when I do.

trade with a noob selling met scrolls or w/e, and say that your client is bugged or something, and ask them to come off to the side where there are few ppl, and drop the stuff so that u can pick it up and u will drop the money, cos ur trade thingo is bugged, then drop 5500 silvers so that it shows up as gold bars, they drop the mets or w/e, then grab the mets, they go for the money, u got a metscroll for 5500... works WAY to often... lol
