hey Joek I got a bug or 2 to report with the newest version. it's a memory hog and will tie up the computer, disconnecting the clients and making the computer very slow to respond. Once it finally responds, which takes a minute it makes the client react slower and might disconnect one or more clients upon closing out of the m8. I returned to 122.
thought you should know. Later all

Thanks for the info Rorrim, M8 1.23 is a interim version for those people who needed to run 4351, I put it out in a rush and had to force some of the issues. I should note not everyone is having the problems you described, so I suspect it depends on what option you have selected in M8.
So my advice is if you can run old client and 1.22 its a more stable combo or if you don't need the full M8 functionality the 4351 memory table and 1.22.
I'm working on 1.24 now but I'm really tied up with work at the moment and I want to get some more functionality into M8 so its probably a couple of weeks away.
BTW People looking for the dl link for 1.22 will find it a few posts back in this thread.
PS Thank you all for the gratz

I dont need full functionality, since I only use it to keep tabs on the minimized clients and a dc log as I tg a char up to 130 before reborning her or to keep tabs on when I am farming a water to 110. Nothing is more annoying than not being able to check on the exp easily or mixing up the clients. If you have your archer in the stack for a quick bathroom break then check the others and accidentally jump out the wrong one then you could waste precious time restacking or kill your noob water since most have L15 gear until rebirth when you actually level it in hopes of that elusive socket.
Next time dont force...it can cause too many problems, and the only options I had was visible name, exp and level. I only had 2 paths in the m8, (I have 2 clients, one with and without effects for easy access and so they dont group) I also had only 6 accounts in it too. Other than those few things the configuration was default. (Special font and bottom right corner 2 if you really want to nitpick.)
Anyhow, good job on keeping it up to date, especially for all these afkers like myself . See ya.

Yeah know exactly what you mean I had the basic table for 1.22 to handle 4351 out as soon as I got the new client.
My reason for the special 4351 version was :-
A) Some client updates are a little tricky for M8 and need to be run in the wild to see how things work b4 doing a full table version, 51 was one of those versions.
B) Some people have to run a specific version due to various TQ related bugs.
C) Some people upgrade to new clients automatically and then can't revert.
So the special versions are for these cases, LOL I thought you all would get what I meant by special version, it means ahead of its time but proned to eccentricities
Anyway I would recommend if you just need the stable basics just do the memory table files after a client update.
Actually I was thinking of making another co2swap by cutting M8 back to pure client manager and having its account info compatible with M8 also have to two be able to run together.
I thought this might be useful to the farmers what do u all think ?

I have a few questions:
1. I can run as many miners as I want and auto disconnect whenever they find a gem or getting killed?
2. I can minimize them all, just have inventory out?
3. If I play on my other accounts, they will not get banned?
Thanks for your time.

1. Yes upto 50 at a time, close client or scroll out.
2. Yes all can all be minimized.
3. Should be safe, but if a gm gets serious with you they may ban by ip.
But then theres always services like hidemyass

the Farming/tg m8 is a good idea I dont really need anything super flashy but it is a great tool...with a tiny bug.
I thought I would try out the co renamer that uses the table. Unfortunately co2m8 doesnt work if the client is renamed. It will error out (i forget it happened so quick) and once you reload m8 it cannot read the loaded clients.
the renamer is nifty but I dont need it, given the cho9ice id chose m8 but i thought I would mention this little bug

[img]text2schild.php?smilienummer=1&text=Version 1.24 is now out !' border='0' alt='Version 1.24 is now out !' />
Yeah I finally got it out, this a waypoint version I totally restructured much of the original, its been optimized, sanitized and hung up to dry.
Hopefully it should be tighter, less buggy and should work better on the older operating systems.
If it comes up clean I will start adding the phase 2 functions.
As for new features, there are a couple :-
Ability to select client version for individual clients, for those that run more than one client version.
Additional shortcut buttons for all those tools and client versions.
This version now has the ability to go multi language, but this will require input from some of you guys, let me know if your interested.
PS Rorrim I will look into that rename problem for you.
