How to upgrade quality with ONLY 1 Db

anyways i dropped the dura of my ring down to 1/1 i know... waste of ******* time xD but whatevers i was afk streaming "Weeds" on my laptop

and anyways, im thinking should i just keep trying to repair with lucky time for the upgrade TQ posted back in one of their patches? or has that since been removed... i dont feel like wasting my only db to go from ref-uni if i have a chance to upgrade it just with repair... since now its so ez to get from max dura to 0/1 dura xDD

thanks for answer.. i know the original method is very old but i could really use some advice.. i havent played in 4 years.

no you cant be 100% sure it will upgrade. its about a 50/50 chance that an item lvl 15 or below will up, confirmed it today with 2 elite katanas

hi bro, The_Ownage! i have one refine ring 1 socket. i got it from moonbox so it still at low level, 20 and it dura is 25/25 so should i make it's dura go lower by going out there and let monsters hit me untill dura goes 0 or should i just upgrade it straight away at tc?? please give me suggestion, thankyou!
