It is just a trend, don´t fall for it, since the only cheat that never got dtc was HV (limited slots), now everyone is going that route of limiting slots, it won´t change shit, just a marketing strategy, you gonna get banned just as fast.
I am just speaking from what i see on this board, pretty sure there are cheats never advertised here that are fine and others not so much, even tho i´m pretty convinced that what you see is what you get.

Privates get less attention and less likely to be hit by the anticheat and game developers, but it still depends on the quality and some publics can do just as good

I don't think it was just the limited slots with hv. The protection the boys there provided was second to none they kept chat open with nothing to hide from anyone.

They mods also had the best tv show recommendations #tvclub

Private cheats have fewer users and are harder to get into, which some see as a lower detection risk. Public ones have more users, but I'm not saying they're unsafe. Just look for a decent provider
