I recall ProofCore pulling the same stunt accusing me of tampering with their loader. In reality, I couldn’t have cared less about the loader itself; I simply ran into a blue screen of death. I am with you on their terrible communication. Love the chair, but if you accidentally leave your VPN on and launch the chair, they will ban you because they think someone else is using your chair. Its a bit ridiculous they cannot allow a VPN or at least figure some other way to determine you are the legit user. Anyway. Happened 10 days ago and they will not respond. I have been with them since PO shut down. Monthly sub with 2nd chair. Loyal customer and big fan, but this is ridiculous.

oh, and who doesnt use a VPN FFS. Its not like some alien tech.

Most if not every popular VPN has a split tunnel option, there's no need to use a VPN over a cheat providers client. It's reasonable to be suspicious of someone on a VPN because you can't tell their true location so could just be trying to share your sub, they don't know that.

You can use a VPN with HyperVision. From what I saw in their chat, this isn’t the first time you’ve been restricted, so it’s possible another application running in the background is being blocked by Victor.

Hello, out of curiosity, what are you using after SS shutting down? i recall you saying you used them on your laptop when travelling or smth, did you get hit when they got dtc, i know you are also on DMA, just curious

Yeah but i understand the cheat binds to your HWID? or in some cases to the Windows?, so i don´t understand why you wouldn´t be able to use a VPN, when i was HWIDed back when caldera first came out i think i was also IP flagged so i was using Nord VPN for more than a year, also infinite spoofer, that time was a complete mess ngl but using the 2 was the only way to last a lot when the cheat i was using back in the day wasn´t detected.

There's ways around HWID locks, not gonna say how but it's possible. Done it for a few providers that allow VPNs

If they provided a bit more information as to the "why" of the restriction, it would be easier to address and avoid. But for now they asked me to provide a good explanation and I have no idea what I am explaining. It feels like I am trying to prove a negative. its just frustrating.

Hello. The customer who started this thread ran IDA pro near the same time as the loader. This is something I have to investigate and question the customer about before allowing them to continue using the product, if that is a possibility for them at all. This isn't a stunt.

Hello! Using a VPN is fine. I will try to get to your restriction ticket as soon as I can. All of your subscription time is frozen automatically while you are restricted.

Yes running a VPN is fine. Other factors would be involved for an automatic restriction to be triggered. Restrictions automatically freeze subscription time until a decision is made.
