I've been with them practically since the beginning, but the service is awful, and I don't have qualified support. Just like on Telegram, they put a bunch of ignorant people on staff who are useless; they're just focused on volume, and the customer who pays the bill is left sidelined, waiting for time to pass without a solution to their problem.

Hello! Your ticket was created 18 hours ago and is in regards to your account restriction. Account restrictions take time to review. Your subscription time is automatically frozen when your account is restricted.

How can my account have a restriction issue? I can simply open the loader and run it to use it. He simply doesn't inject.

Hello. You had IDA open when you ran your HYPERVISION client which is what caused the automatic restriction. I will add a day to your subscription time now so you feel better about your sub time. If you could please wait for a response from me on your ticket I would appreciate it. It's not easy to have this conversation in three places and it was honestly unnecessary to make so many posts about a ticket that was made only 18 hours ago.

Hey, I was one of your early customers when PO closed and moved over. I messed up by canceling for a month since I was out of the city and wasn’t playing. It’s been around three months now and I still haven’t been able to get a slot. Just wanted to reach out and see if you could help me out at all. I’d really appreciate it.

That would suck. Honestly you're better off switching to dma instead of waiting for an external slot to open. Nobody is giving up their slots especially since alot of providers are being hit lately.

I have been with HV since Match when you guys were first recommended by PO, I have used you guys ever since and a week ago my account was restricted and I created a ticket and you guys fixed my account so thanks, however with the account restored message you said "if your account gets restricted again, we wont be able to help you, do not let others use your sub." I fully get that, but why allow me to change my genuine needed HWID resets if your gonna restrict me, I never let anyone on my HV sub, never shared it. I had explained I was on a spoofer and then switched spoofer to another provider as it was cheaper so 2 HWID resets, same IP same PC and restricted. Now I am on a different PC so i wont be needign any resets.

Im just hoping if i ever need one again i dont just get restricted for simply needing a HWID reset. No hate or anything I hope i dont get fake restricted and lose my account.

Aren´t you the guy from autoplay?? aren´t you able to make your own stuff? even if it is only for your own usage

Ive been with PO/HV much before AP or anything(since MW2) so i just have kept it going since, its only $30/40 a month its really nothing and as you said "my own usage" i rather just pay this small sum rather then waste my time with making software I don't plan to sell as I know if i were to release it would never be at HV standard, you have all these other known externals getting detected every week, not worth the headache, I havent played cod for 3 weeks but i still keep my sub active for when i do need it.

Probably automated detection, almost any competent pay2cheat is going to auto ban / auto restrict users who launch their loader while IDA, wireshark, binary ninja or any reversal tool is open a long side it. Been a thing since 2007 with ArtificialAiming, 2008 with x22 and they set the standard. Even EngineOwning does this.

Usually they unban you though if you explain it was an accident / they review the case.
