It works fine, maybe you are using a VPN or vice versa

Stellar is working, but the website is not loading for me. I have been using the NOLAG VPN but just in the game.

maybe your isp provider blocks some russian domains, wouldn't be the first time

Check if you have enabled anything "anti malware" or web filtering related at your ISP or try using a VPN
