those are personal Accounts from people selling on different websites for 500€+ Obv not everyone of those sellers is trustable. Do your research, won't advertise any of those sites.

There are various websites where u can buy other strong accounts as well:

eld0rad0 / g2g / pl4yerauct1ons but the only disadvantage is that they're very overpriced most of the time, and also mis-advertised. So be careful wherever u buy from.

Tf are you talking about ? Shadowbans have nothing to do with your HWID. Its purely Account based and ofc playstyle.
If you play on an low lvl trash Account you will get shadowed after being reported regardless if you have spoofed a new hwid.
You cant "spoof to avoid" SB. Only way to avoid is being good at the game , hiding walls propperly and having and high trusted Account.

Even MW2 accounts are pretty good from my own testing. I got shadow banned only once in last 5 months on my legit account. Got lifted after 4 days.

It really all depends on the account, i would say go for visible only for a while and see if that helps
