So I'm playing and I'm finding it funny how I only lag when a player gets close to me. I could tell cause of my esp and then I die due to the lag. I also want to note, my internet is fine. My speeds are at where they should be, ping is around 8 and I'm in my server region. Maybe I'm missing something? I'm using PO, is PO having some performance issues? Is it the game?

It is external cheat related im 99.9% sure.
Not bashing the providers they are TOP. Its just how externals are, if you dont have REALLY GOOD PC specs you will lag.
When i use Proofcore i lag sometimes like crazy, jittery esp and aim. Same with PO. Both are very similar in performance.

Literally NO issues with Interwebz or AA as they are internal. Its crazy what difference it is, i almost loose no gunfights literally, Skeletons stay perfectly smooth all the time.

Yea, well I'm rocking a 4070ti with a Ryzen 9 5900x on 144hz. I really don't have this issue much at all. Just weird how it's only when players are close. Does AA have skeleton ESP?
No performance issues with PO.
Played all day today on my main PC as well as my test PC and experience no lags nor frame drops.
Most likely AMD related. Open a ticket on the website and let Zebleer diagnose it for you.

I think that you have been mislead. Internal vs external isn't the issue you are having. PO performs just fine especially after the large performance upgrade I gave it recently. It performs just as well as the internal cheats I've tried out
It sounds like you are having a configuration issue. It may be related to CPU/GPU software or something else. It would be easier if you messaged me on Telegram so that we can try and sort it out together

No idea what it is man but i tried everything. Literally everything, i even let other people who optimize PC's see what is wrong but all seemed good on my PC. Directly after fresh windows reinstall set up to full performance, debloat, do all optimizations and still felt laggier with externals then internals. No idea what it is

It's the optimizations/de-bloat that can cause issues. People do 100 step optimization guides, use custom OS builds, use de-bloat tools that basically attack their OS
These kinds of things can affect how PO works on your machine. Consider I hack the kernel and OS just as much as I hack the game so altering so much about your OS can have bad affects

As soon as warzone/urzigstan dropped that same thing started happening to me. i couldn't win a fight for the life of me. Almost like I was being nudged into using aimbot. I got a feeling the game wanted me to have better accuracy.
Even with the aim assist decrease since mw2/almazrah it's not the reason why I'm not hitting shots, I have so many nukes in mw3 i stopped going for them. It's not a skill issue. I don't use aimbot never needed it.
I honestly don't think it's my pc, i have a 3090-i9-1200k, 3800hz with 14-16-16 timings. Gpu and cpu timings are always around 5. I limit my frames to my monitor in game settings to 165hz.
It has nothing to do with P0/PC i can promise that. Because i have tested this a many times over again. Even if a player is standing still i lose a fight. I spectate and the people beating me would never even come close to kills me before urzingstan.
I really suggest who ever is experiencing this to take it easy because i think it might be some time of data grab. Machine learning,

I have experienced this in s2 reloaded of mw2, even my bullets were nerfed.
Just to make an update in this thread for anyone curious or having same issues. DLSS and DLSS Frame generation was the issues for me. I set the DLSS mode to balanced from performance and i turned off frame generation. Game runs like butter. I hear Frame generation works for some games and don't for others.
