Systemcheats works really great and the box works sensationally, and I hardly noticed any FPS drops at all. I used Mobius but ...detected.

Systemcheats is pretty solid, i personally use them.
Only reason i would go with interwebz over systemcheats is the fact Systemcheats for whatever reason REFUSE to add skeleton esp to any of their cheats.

Can anyone confirm or deny if IW has loot esp for in game items such as those found in DMZ?

You can mark specific items and make them a different colour. I did so with large cash and self rez
