It was completely random, which is why the bans were completely random and made finding the issue difficult as the bans had nothing in common.

After 14 days or so after we were confident everything had been fixed properly the cheat went back online. The following week we saw a few bans roll in and we did determine these to be delayed bans from the screenshot protection failure.

We stated the bans were caused by us, we pushed an update with a bad line of code and as a result got some of our users banned. This was not the result of Ricochet being skilled and crafty and adapting to pick up Mobius as some believe, this was simply a fuck up on our end, bottom line.

Initially when only a few bans came in yes, we assumed those reporting had used something else and gotten themselves banned, we had no reason to believe otherwise.

When we discovered we were the cause of the issue, we let everyone of our users know. We did not blame them for getting banned, when we knew it was us we stated as much.

Total about 230 users were banned during that period from mid Feb to now, considering our userbase at the time of the issue was 2500+ I am thankful it was not worse.

It was our fault, it happened, we arent blaming our users.

Currently there are over 2000 people still using without issues, if Mobius had been actually detected I can assure you it would have gotten at least half of our userbase, that is not what happened.

You’re acting as if we got thousands of users banned when not even 10% were affected.

If my brand was dead I wouldn’t be here doing my job, still have over 2000 active users.

My “dead brand” is doing better than the majority of cheats on this site, that’s not to be cocky that’s just to say the brand is not dead lol.

A perm spoof costs about $30, those who were affected have spoofed and carried on or spoofed and moved onto another brand which I can understand, my business will carry on.

Cheating involves risk, sometimes **** happens, we pick up and carry on.

you have to understand even if it was 5% of your user base got banned, this is already something that was "DETECTED" for a portion of the users (10% had their accounts compromised as you said) so yes, Mobius was detected, because it could be 5, 10, 20 people who were banned, if it was an error in your cheat (so at that moment it was detectable) now tell me how is it for these people who were banned, and people from outside seeing your provider cause this? they would obviously be afraid to buy mobius because it already had 2 detections

yes, I absolutely agree. don't get me wrong, but you left your banned customers alone. yes, the impostor may have been $30, but at least you could have given a discount coupon, as po did. your forums are dead. you didn't share information with people. if not, five per cent. actually, the mafia is not dead , you're killing.

UAV feature detection was Warzone 1, that feature detection affected every single provider who had that feature.

In our case that got about 30 people people banned that was in March 2022. (With a userbase of 1500+ at the time)

The other providers mentioned that people are saying also have never been detected (which is true) experienced the same feature detection there.

Our status page on our website states what happened with the Warzone 2 product.

If people are afraid to buy Mobius they won’t buy it, that’s not something you guys need to worry about, people are adults and can make their own assessments and choices about risk.

There are providers on epvp that have had numerous full blown detections in which thousands of users were banned who get less flak than Mobius and the minuscule number of bans in comparison.

I don’t have much else to say about the subject, if you don’t want to use my cheat don’t use it.

Good luck with that, I don't care what anyone says I was a möbius user for many months first purchase was back in 21, all I know is I don't care if it's a detection or a error I'm out. The cheat was taking down for 2 days, and the put back up without the error being found.

Claiming that it was a rushed update doesn't make sense when in the same sentence they say the cheat got took down for two days, checked and then put back up with the same error in the code. So that update wasn't rushed in theory. You had two days to look at it while it was down.

So I'm out for that reason I know möbius prob doesn't care but the effects won't be seen now anyway. Maybe have 2000 users now just waiting for their subscription to end but pretty sure more will jump ship. I know I did glad I didn't play for a week or so before this detection.

the detection took weeks. I was banned from the game 10 days later. I don't know if the ship sank or not, but many passengers drowned in the cold waters.

When we initially took it down we weren’t going through the cheat line by line because there had only been a couple bans at that time, so we were simply testing to see if any bans were happening while testing and they weren’t.

The issue was only discovered after more bans came in and the cheat was down for 2 weeks while we went through it all.

I respect your decision to move on, stated as much in my above post.

Of course we care, but we can’t stop people from choosing to go with another provider after what occurred. I’m not going to cry about losing users, of course we were going to lose some after the events that occurred.

With that being said many have been with us for years and majority of the userbase was unaffected, so many will stay because they have no reason to leave. Mix that with a steady flow of new users and Mobius will be alright.

Ricochet was able to DETECT that some people were using Mobius and perma ban them.

Doesn't matter how fast you acted or what you did to iron out the reason for the DETECTIon. Nor does it matter how many of your users got perma banned.

Ricochet DETECTED cheats on your users and banned them.
That's a detection. Your second detection to be clear.

Your first detection was a feature detection when your UAV got detected in WZ1.
Just bevause everyone got hit, doesn't change the fact that your UAV got DETECTED.

Claiming undetected after all that is scummy.

I think the correct term is warzone 2 in general is just dead lol.
