CSMacro and Dexter Logitech are both fine options for Logitech. Keep in mind they do not auto-detect weapons you're holding.

As @nomorals said, both providers offer Logitech scripts. I recommend Dexter Logitech because previously CSMacros stole the files from Dexter.

Its a program but we have been undetected since release in COD (03/2020).

Instead of having no recoil, can we simply "adjust" the recoil spread? Something like a Cronus Zen for example.

Been a few months since I've used it, but you used to be able to, as well as set randomized.
