My friend did it...he got banned after few days. Not sure if it was because of that or the macros he used.

If you’re referring to the Modern Warfare/Warzone unlockers such as Rivera’s or Rush’s, there are no bans recorded.

The only bans are from resellers who used EO spoofers to complete the service, the the tools themselves have no ban history.

Rivera seems a lot cheaper and gives you the tool that can be run on your own computer while Rush is more than twice as much and requires you to connect to his PC and run his tool there.

You don't have to connect to Rush's PC. That is a package for people that don't use PC but instead ONLY use console. If you have a PC, you can buy just the tool to do it yourself, but Rivera is still slightly cheaper.
