I'm also looking for a spoofer since i'm in the same situation. Are the shadow bans for my HWID permanent unless I spoof or do they expire after some time?

They expire. During the shadowban, if you try to use another account without a spoofer, you will become shadowbanned on that account as well. However, once the shadowban expires on the original account, you’re fine to make new accounts and play on them without being shadowbanned.
