I dont see the Problem to allow class changes and equipment changes. Some people seems not to understand that both the server itself and the ppl who working on it needs to be payed.
In my opinion better offer services and items (e.g. slot removal , perfect cores ) then full gear or any sets.

Depends how far back you're talking. Owner has had multiple servers, but is now just dedicated to this one and tired of restarting. Overall tho its a fun server but like many needs the population boost.
