Even If he does, It's his server and his budget he's 'wasting' on.
What's wrong in having a game server you wanna spend your time and efford into, so other people can truely experience a Play2Win feeling?
All those servers with donator gear and PAY2win aspect are worse than any server who's trying to be good and balanced, but failing cause of people who are just hating.
People are saying he's ruining it or just hating.. but never tell the cause of it?

Anyways.
If you wanna try a lag free server with balanced class changes (more to come?) and more freedom of your gameplay or other ways of earning stuff due to lack of time, give it a try.
You can play Nation War for some extra Alz and earning a bit of eCoins.
You can run dungeons to get Alz and eCoins.
Exchange T Points for stuff in ****** Ice etc.
People in general are friendly and willing to help you out If you need someone for a couple of higher dungeon runs.
With the new starter gear there shouldn't be a problem of having a good start
