I'll try to explain it cleaner.
So,you have to understand that every adress is like a numer in hexadecimal(it has digits from 0-9 +letters a,b,c,d,e,f).
So,let's look at the CT.I don't have it but it's the same principle.Let's say the Level one is 00123456 and the no delay one is 00120405.So we do 00123456(Level)-00120405(Hack you're trying to find)=00002051(Magic Number).And,if the level adress in helix is...let's say 00005555,we do 00005555-00002051=00003504.So 00003504 is our cabal helix no delay adress.If the hack's you're trying to find adress is higher than the level one,just do Hack you're trying to find - Level and get the Magic Number,how i call it,then get the level adress from helix,in our case 00005555,we add the Magic Number to it and get the adress you're trying to find.

1. DL this its a cheat table from evandon post i just remove some address and retain the ones that i usually use.
2. Open CE 5.4 then open the cheat table attach it to system.dll.
3. Look for Level in the Cheat Table and write down the address.

Then scan for 4 bytes Exact Value the level of your character ex. your level is 103 then scan for 103 then advanced a level or just change to a higher level character and scan for its level ex. your level 105 scan for 105 just repeat until you have 1-2 address left one of them is your level address then write it down.
5. Open Calculator put it in scientific mode then click hex. Subract your level address to the one in the Table. When you got 5 digits then that's what your going to use.
6. Smart Edit the address in the Table using the one you got in subracting your level address and the level address.
