I read many post regarding the how to play cabal mobile. Now i will make a thread regarding with this. I hope it will help.
1. Open settings on your android phones. The gear icon.
2. Select connections.
3. Select more connection settings.
4. Select VPN settings.
5. Click the 3 dots on right hand top of the screen and create new vpn profile.
6. Now a new vpn profile creating window.
7. Write name. Any name you want.
8. Choose L2TP/IPSec PSK" in the "Type
9. In the server address input this vpn642926490.opengw.net
10. Ipsec pre shared key input vpn
11. Check show advance options
12. Input thi in forwarding route 0.0.0.0/0
13.in username input vpn
14. In password input vpn
15. Save your vpn profile.
16. Now connect.
If you do the above instruction step by step right . You will be able to connect to cabal online mobile server.
Sometimes it is difficult to connect to the vpn server just try and try.
