TO GET BM3 IN EDITED CHARACTER
YOU NEED IS TRANSCENDER YOUR SKILL
IN ANY LVL YOU CAN GET BM3
tested at Cabal PH
Cabal PH Mercury Server Force Blader Lv52 Trans with 7 SP Bar and BM3
but i cant join in mwar said "Over Rank @@ !!"

make your char lvl 100 and you can join MWAR 80-109 bracket and show them what the taste of BM3 =p

My new characters starts with a ranking pvp and i ddont know why i get that ... i was editing Cash.Sdata for my Item mall and after that all my characters begins with PvP rank 4 ...
I know its notting to do with the .Sdatas but dont know how to change it in SQL ...
