they spit it out ! ^_^ oh well there's nothing u can hide.. nway, Take note! even Normal classrank characters can obtain bm3.. just a little edit blah blah.. u can own bm3 on low lvls.. gudluck! :P

ei my friend has bm3 even if hes still completer.. maybe he just crafted wrong book.. like for example he crafted Book II instead of Book I...

skill rank is not a prob to have bm3 for low lvl edited char. its too simple that its patched right away. well it depends if ur char. is lvl 130+ and still cant consume ur bm3 skill book.
