no way create char grade 20 without bypass tutorial did like the start page but when creating char creates not there any solution

ive managed to bypass cabal ph EP9 but i cant create a CHAR wid Rank 20 anymore.. too bad

if this is completely patched on cabal ph then all characters at class rank 20 will be rare and sells for a good price the lower the level the better even transcender at lvl 1,
