When you play the game in your browser look at the url and change your settings to match this.

Sorry but i can't use that because it says "can't connect , check your settings" but i put everything right, i put:

Make also sure your Main server is correct.
Main server: en.grepolis.com
Server: en1.grepolis.com

But why enter en1.grepolis.com? I thought you said you played on the zeta server?

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Bot oder script welches die ress zwischen meinen Städten verschickt, so das in jeder Stadt die gleiche Anzahl von ress ist. Kann ich das mit diesem Bot hier oder weiß jemand wo ich das her bekomme?

That is not possible with this bot. But I'm working on a bot for Grepolis 2.0 which will make this possible.
