Running bot in Virtual Box

Hi guys, I have written a bot for the browser game (Juggernaut) using Autoit.As I don't want to loose time, because while the script runs mouse moves automatically and i can do nothing i downloaded Virtualbox. (In VMware workstation it does not work, because when i enter in the game the graphic crushes and i can not see anything in the game).
So when i was reading this topic (this is a lol bot an there was written about running the bot in more than 1 Virtual Mashine by creating clones.)
But i could not fully understand how, i mean i have created a clone (Linked clone as in that tutorial) and made shared folders, but i can not run both the original virtual Machine and the cloned.
Maybe it is a foolish question but i will be thankful if someone tells me how to run script in several virtual machines using clone.
