Then either the captcha solver is disabled or your donator status is inactive.

That happens because WinXP is too old. The latest version of IE you can use on XP is IE8. Although IE8 worked good enough to start the bot, last time I checked...

Looking at the errors (especially the 403 error) it could also be caused by a security program. The 403 error means that a program prevents the bot from connecting to the internet.

If there is a firewall installed on your pc you should be able to add an exception so that it is no longer blocking the bot.

Any other security program installed?
Also can you copy the useragent of the bot and post it here. You can find the useragent in the browser tab before you press the login button. Looks similar to this:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko

What is your "minimum population" setting? (See settings tab under "Building/Training queue" section)
Also can you check if you are able to train them directly in the browser?

That is a message about a script for Grepolis. Someone is spamming all Grepolis users with that...
The Grepolis moderators do however check for spam and those message are deleted very fast. So you just missed it.

If you see it again, just ignore it.
