Yea i have an Autohotkey script from 2020 that still works. I used it over the two years now and didnt get banned even once. Its like no recoil, no spread, no breath and map esp. Some of the features dont work sadly.

Just go to UC and compile the top sourcecode listed there. Follow directions and you'll get a UD quick and easy cheat for free that'll last you forever. It's not polished, aimbot is rough, you will lose fps (still playable) but it's free. Been using it for like 2 years, no ban as long as you follow the recommended steps like changing the code.
