WOI Infinity problem

I try to register a new account having NEVER played on Infinity games before and it gives me this trashbag error message... Some help would be appreciated if the owners could pm me please.

gm trying to do 1 IP per acc, but they dont know how to do **** LOL, players have to download new client version daily from what i heard from my friends who still play Boi/Woi infinity LOL

WOI-Infinity was only launched 2 weeks ago.. 2 days ago we switched to Official Server files for Legenday Crusade.. Which as it happens, requires a new client.. Not everything is going 100% yet..

First of all it's not my registration info because I can't even register to begin with and secondly I NEVER use the same password twice. LOL u must really think I'm a ******. and Diggy, I had the same problem with BOI Infinity when I tried to register before and I was using a gmail account to do so...even tried before with hotmail on BOI and nothing. So there's gotta be something wrong considering I've never registered on your network before.
