Server problems

Does anyone know what can cause rollbacks and disconnection?
We're doing our best to get this running but can't figure out what the problem is >.<

Check IPTABLE and server autoup !!!!

P.S create automatic scripts of the record DBO

iptable and server scripts? those files are located on the windows side or linux? go a specific path that we should be looking at?
