As I stated before, those both servers have been shut down. BoiWar's owner sold the server and BOI Germany was just closed because they didn't get enough profit anymore.

Why should I be friendly to someone who's too lazy to read few previous posts to know what's going on? You wouldn't had to ask that question if you had read it so I'm allowed to answer in whatever way I wish. Lazy people don't deserve friendly answers.
