Yep this is due to the farm module that discards grey items. The real problem is that the archeology bot is not supposed to identify incorrectly, so you should not get grey items. Actually you are only the second one experiencing this weird bug, but I think I got the missing piece of information to understand what happens (thanks to Sakray) :
Code:
04/24 08:10:20.680 - [Archeology]Selecting archeology object.
04/24 08:10:20.680 - [Archeology]Proceeding identification.
04/24 08:10:20.899 - [Archeology]Proceeding identification.
04/24 08:10:21.149 - [Archeology]Proceeding identification.
04/24 08:10:21.221 - [Archeology]Red particles detected !
04/24 08:10:21.225 - [Archeology]Red particles detected !
04/24 08:10:27.215 - [Archeology]Identification done.
This is probably what you have in your logs.
For someone having the bot working correctly this is what you should have :
Code:
04/24 10:17:38.071 - [Archeology]Selecting archeology object.
04/24 10:17:38.071 - [Archeology]Proceeding identification.
04/24 10:17:38.338 - [Archeology]Proceeding identification.
04/24 10:17:38.432 - [Archeology]Blue particles detected !
04/24 10:17:38.587 - [Archeology]Proceeding identification.
04/24 10:17:44.579 - [Archeology]Identification done.
The problem you have could be mainly due to the lag. The last step of identification (the one where you need the particle color) starts before you receive the color particle spawning from the server. Because of this the color used for your identification is the one of the last item identified.
Long story short, I will just have to wait for the color particle detection before starting step 3 of the identification process. This should be present in hotfix 2 too

It's stil impossible to do this. The main problem is that it can't be determined before the bait is consumed. Because of this, I barely see no interrest for implementing such a feature.

There any chance to share the source code? Or maybe you can include some kind of "plugin" system so developers can tweak it

Really not planned for now (would very time consumming for me). If you look for such type of features, give a look to Aureus
