lvl 10 Ransacking and Alchemy?

What is it that you can make at lvl 10 Both Ransacking and Alchemy
Is it a " Alchemy box? " and what can you get out of it

there's already such thread if i remember right.
you can get 100% healings out of it. friend of me said, you can compare it with a Platinum Chest, at least with what you get out of it. and some dirty mouths say with a lowlowlowlowlow chance you can get uniques

Never got 100% healings... max 25% healing.... some pets... elemental potions... etc. Maybe i have to try more... or simply i'am unlucky.
